Lactation support for every kind of family

I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant after struggling to breastfeed my first child. Despite being very well prepared, breastfeeding was physically and emotionally challenging and support was not easily accessible for me.

Having been through the struggle myself, you will find I have no judgment or agenda. My only goal is to support your goals, whatever they may be. My job is to empower and support you along your individual journey.

I am constantly attending trainings and adding to my toolbox with the newest treatments and techniques. I have special interest and training in perinatal mental health, herbalism, and tethered oral tissues (tongue and lip ties). I help you understand how lactation works and understand it within the context of your body and overall health so that you can make truly informed choices.

I welcome families who are interested in chest feeding, inducing lactation, or who want to explore alternative feeding options in a safe environment. I have helped non-gestational parents successfully produce milk and love supporting non-traditional families.
