The confusion and overwhelm stops here. Let's get you and your baby thriving.

Feel fully held in your baby feeding journey. No late night AI chats, reddit threads, or random conflicting advice. Together, we'll have you feeling confident, supported, and at ease.

An International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) is the highest credential in breastfeeding and chestfeeding support. IBCLCs complete rigorous training and board exams, bringing a deep knowledge of lactation, infant feeding, and maternal health. More importantly, we know that every parent-baby journey is unique—and we’re trained to meet you right where you are.

When you work with me, you’re not just getting someone who “knows about breastfeeding.” You’re partnering with a healthcare professional who combines evidence-based expertise with compassion, intuition, and real-life problem-solving. Whether you’re navigating latch pain, milk supply questions, bottle-feeding, or just want reassurance that things are going well, I’ll guide you with practical tools and gentle encouragement so you can feel confident feeding your baby. Working with an IBCLC means less stress, fewer late-night Google rabbit holes, and more time enjoying your baby.

What is an IBCLC?

Hi, I'm Inna — a board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), certified in Perinatal Mental Health and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, and mom of three. I've sat where you're sitting. I've cried over a bad latch at 2am, questioned whether my body was doing enough, and felt the particular loneliness of struggling with something that everyone else seems to make look easy. I became a lactation consultant because of those moments — and because I wanted to be the person I needed back then.

Think of me as the knowledgeable friend who shows up, sits down with you, and doesn't leave until things feel better. I'm not here to hand you a pamphlet or tell you what you should be doing. I'm here to listen, to look at the whole picture — you, your baby, your body, your life — and help you find a path forward that actually works for your family.

I hold advanced training in tongue-tie and oral habilitation, low milk supply, pumping and flange fitting, combination feeding, and perinatal mental health. But more than any credential, I bring lived experience, genuine warmth, and a deep belief that how you feel about feeding your baby matters just as much as the mechanics of it.

Whether your goal is exclusive breastfeeding, pumping, combo feeding, or finding peace with a path that looks different than you planned — I'll meet you where you are, without judgment, and walk alongside you with everything I've got. You don't have to figure this out alone. I've got you.

Support that Changes the Experience,
Not Just the Outcome

Inna came into our lives not a moment too soon, and when she said "I will be with you for the duration of your breastfeeding journey," little did I know how faithful she would be to that promise. My tiny infant daughter gained no weight from week 2 to week 3 and I was desperate, sleep-deprived, terrified. This is when Inna does her best work. She helped me make several small and big adjustments to survive cluster feeding, she was available whenever I needed her, and she reassured me through the scariest moments until we were on the other side. But she didn't stop there. I reached out countless times for support in the fourth trimester and Inna quickly became not just a consultant but a friend. Then, it was time to go back to work - the prospect of transitioning to pumping at work and having a caregiver do bottle feeds was daunting, and I could never seem to learn enough details from moms who had been through it years before. So there was Inna! I literally facetimed her with my freezer door open as she walked me through storage specifics. No one was able to give me the kind of just-in-time support Inna was always there to offer. Thanks to Inna, I was able to continue breastfeeding through toddlerhood, something I'd always hoped for but never knew how immensely complex it would all be. Now, I tell everyone who will listen: breastfeeding is not instinctual. Women have been teaching each other how to do it, and keep doing it, and then how to stop doing it when it's time, for millennia. I am grateful to Inna for being a co-mother with me, a vital member of Amelie's village, and for showing me how to do one of the hardest and most rewarding things I've ever done.

"Inna was an invaluable resource and friend through our early postpartum months. I cannot express enough how lucky you will be to work with Inna and receive her wholistic guidance. She incredibly kind and encouraging, and on top of her expertise in lactation support, she also helped me navigate endless physical and emotional challenges of early motherhood. Having Inna on my team was one of the best decisions I made in pregnancy and postpartum!"

"We were so lucky to have found Inna through our doula, after I struggled to nurse my daughter. She was able to identify the issue quickly and help with a solution right away. She is a patient, clear and intuitive coach. I would recommend her to anyone in need of support with their journey!"

"Inna was invaluable in my first weeks of pregnancy. My baby had a tongue tie, wasn’t expressing milk, and wouldn’t latch. I was desperate. Inna does in home visits which was a huge relief - one less thing to worry about. She’s super calm and so informed, she had answers to every single question and gave me advice along the way. What I like about Inna is that she’s super reasonable. She wants to help you achieve your goals without judgement or being too pushy. She also was available for text questions which is so above and beyond. Highly recommend her!!!"
